Titebond WeatherMaster X-TREME Fireblock low pressure one-component polyurethane foam sealant is a moisture cured foam designed to seal, fill, bond and stop air infiltration in areas where a fireblock product is required. It has a recognizable orange color allowing inspectors to easily identify the use of an approved fireblock product for Type V residential construction. Due to its expansion characteristics, it is more effective than many traditional fireblocking materials for the blocking of flames and smoke in concealed penetrations, preventing flame spread from room to room and floor to floor.

APPLICATION GUIDELINES:
- APPLICATION TEMPERATURE: 40°F to 100°F (5°C to 38°C)
- 12 OZ. - STRAW FOAM APPLICATION METHOD: Shake well, attach the straw, invert the container and begin dispensing. By activating the adapter lever carefully, the extrusion rate can be regulated.
- WORKING TIME: Surfaces must be clean, dry, free of loose particles, and free of dust, grease, and mold release agents. It is the sole responsibility of the user to thoroughly test any proposed use with all substrates to determine project suitability prior to using product on your application.
- METHOD FOR CONTAINMENT: Uncured product is very sticky; carefully remove the bulk of the foam by scraping it up and then immediately remove the residue with a rag and solvent such as X-TREME Cleaner, mineral spirits, acetone (nail polish remover), paint thinner, etc. Once the product is cured it can only be removed mechanically by scraping, buffing, etc. Use appropriate PPE.
- METHOD FOR CLEANUP: Scoop up material and place in a disposal container. Dispose of as plastic waste in accordance with all applicable guidelines and regulations. Vapors can accumulate in low areas. Provide ventilation.
- COVERAGE: 24 ounce Gun Foam Canister = 1.5 cubic feet per canister
- 12 ounce Straw Foam Canister = 0.68 cubic feet per canister
- LIMITATIONS: This product is extremely flammable when dispensing. Carefully review cautions. Optimum temperature for use is between 65° - 80°F (18° - 27°C). Clean oil, dust and grease off surfaces to be foamed. Make sure to cover surrounding surfaces. Wear appropriate safety glasses, gloves and protective clothing. Consult SDS for product safety information. Use in Type V residential construction in vertical and horizontal penetrations between floors and rooms.
