Excellent for working composition board and melamine, this bit cuts with an upward shearing action to prevent chipping & tearing of the bottom of veneer or coated material. Designed primarily for production application where the router is below the work.
Application: Same as down-shear router bit, but with up-shear design to pull chips away from the cut. Can be used inverted as in a router table. Straight ground (not radial ground) for the highest quality cut and fastest feed rate.
